Where is the Tour Located?

The TMZ Celebrity Tour, TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour depart from the Pagoda in the forecourt of the Chinese Theatre, 6925 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. The TMZ Brunch Bus Tour departs from the Beverly Center, 8500 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Advance purchase is highly recommended, as space is limited and Tours often sell out well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased online with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

If the tour is sold out, is there a waiting list?

No. TMZ Tours does not keep a waiting list. Tours often sell out well in advance, so please plan accordingly and purchase tickets early.

How long is the tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: Approximately 2 hours.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Brunch Bus Tour & TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: These experiences are slightly longer, typically lasting between 2 and 2.5 hours to allow time for scheduled stops.

Tour duration may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

Will I see a celebrity on this tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: We will definitely be on the lookout for celebrities. The celebrity tours cover hotspots throughout Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, where celebrities like to eat, shop, and play. However, we cannot guarantee you will see a celebrity on your tour.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: These experiences often feature a celebrity host on board the bus as part of the entertainment, in addition to visiting areas where celebrities are frequently spotted.
TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: This tour is hosted by a professional comedian and includes visits to some of LA’s most popular comedy clubs, where celebrity drop-ins sometimes occur.

Are the videos that are played on the tour re-runs of the TMZ TV show?

No. All video packages shown are created specifically for TMZ Tours and are not reruns of the television show.

Is there a guide on the tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: Yes. Each Tour includes a TMZ Tour Guide who shares insider celebrity stories, plays games, and uses exclusive TMZ video content to bring Hollywood landmarks and famous news stories to life.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: These tours are led by a host/guide, with a DJ spinning the hottest music to keep the energy high while guests enjoy the experience.
TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: This tour is hosted by a comedian who serves as your guide for the night. Guests visit some of LA’s most popular comedy clubs while enjoying a fun, high-energy experience centered around live comedy.

Is Harvey Levin the tour guide?

No. Harvey Levin is not a Tour Guide. However, he appears in many tour videos and is known, from time to time, to surprise a tour by jumping on the bus.

Is there an age limit on this tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: Ages 3 and up. Some adult humor similar to what’s seen on the TMZ TV show.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: for guests 21 and over due to mature content and bar stops.
TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: Guests must be 21 and over, as mimosas and other alcoholic beverages are served at brunch stops.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there any stops on the tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: No scheduled stops. This is a nonstop guided sightseeing experience.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: Yes. The tour includes stops at bars in Hollywood or West Hollywood.
TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: Yes. The tour includes stops at locations in West Hollywood.

Is there a bathroom on the bus?

No. For the Celebrity Tour, please be prepared for a non-stop 2-hour tour. We recommend using the restroom before boarding.

TMZ After Dark Tour, TMZ Brunch Bus Tour, and TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: These tours include three stops, and there may be an opportunity to use the restroom at one of the venues along the route.

Is this a good sightseeing tour?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: Yes. If you are looking for the best Hollywood celebrity hangouts, restaurants, and nightclubs, this is for you. We will also visit celebrity neighborhoods such as West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Many people find the tour a great guide to the best places in Hollywood to see and be seen with celebrities.
TMZ After Dark Tour: This tour focuses on nightlife rather than sightseeing. We stop at the hottest bars in Hollywood, where guests get free shots, and we're not talking COVID!
TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: This tour focuses on a social brunch experience where guests are entertained by a DJ and a celebrity host, and there are stops along the way for free mimosas and other treats.
TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: This is less of a traditional sightseeing tour and more of a "roving comedy club." Guests are entertained by professional comedians while stopping at some of the most iconic comedy venues in the city. It's the perfect choice if you want to laugh your way through Hollywood rather than just looking at landmarks.

Should I tip the tour guide?

Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. Tips are always appreciated but never required.

What is your refund policy?

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. You may reschedule your Tour time (subject to availability) no later than 24 hours from your scheduled Tour departure time. In the rare situation where a Tour is cancelled prior to departure, ticketholders will be allowed to reschedule their Tour (subject to availability), receive credit for a future Tour, or receive a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tours may be cancelled at short notice at TMZ's or Big Bus Tours' discretion. If a tour is cancelled, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour or obtain a refund. Once tickets are purchased by guests, tickets are non-refundable.

Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

TMZ Celebrity Tour: Food and drinks are not included. Guests may bring small snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
TMZ After Dark Tour & TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour: Includes complimentary beverages at each bar stop.
TMZ Brunch Bus Tour: Includes complimentary beverages and brunch offerings at stops.

Please help us keep the bus clean and remove all trash at the end of your tour.

Can I bring alcohol on the bus?

No. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus for all tours.

What type of bus is used?

Tours are conducted on a luxurious 25-seat open-air bus designed for an immersive experience. Buses feature a state-of-the-art AV system, USB charging ports at every seat, and air conditioning/heating.

Can the TMZ Celebrity Tour accomodate a wheelchair?

Yes. The TMZ Tours is ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. Please reserve at least 72 hours in advance and contact info@tmztour.com to ensure accommodation.

Does the tour operate in the rain?

Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather. However, we will make every effort to run the tour come rain or shine. Please make sure to dress appropriately for the weather...and bring sunscreen!

Is there assigned seating on the bus?

No. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Are the tours conducted in English only?

Yes. Tours are conducted in English. However, the visual nature of the experience allows guests from all over the world to enjoy the tour.

Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes. Guests may take photos. However, photography and filming of the video screens and content is prohibited.
